No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code by allowing magistrates to issue warrants for the seizure of cruelly treated animals.  It is assumed that implementation of the bill would not have a significant impact on the costs of state government. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
