No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure as it relates to the taking of depositions in criminal cases.  It is assumed that the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact on the operations of state government. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
