No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to notice of certain applications for alcoholic beverage permits and licenses. The bill would require that a person who submits the application for a permit or renewal of a permit provide written notice to the state senator and the state representative who represent the district in which the premises is located.
