IN RE:	HB1055 by Luna (Relating to an intercollegiate athletics fee at Texas A&M University--Corpus Christi.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The new intercollegiate athletics fee would generate additional income for the institution beginning in fiscal year 2004.  However, these fees are auxiliary in nature and do not impact state appropriations. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
