No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to establish guidelines and best practices for court interpreters. The Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and the Court Reporters Certification Board determined that implementation of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
