IN RE:	HB1078 by Chisum (Relating to the election of directors of a soil and water conservation district.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under current law, the directors of a soil and water conservation district must designate the date, time and place of a director's election during the month of July. The bill would require that designation to be complete prior to July 15 each year.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
