HB1097 by Capelo (Relating to the birth defects monitoring program.), As Passed 2nd House

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the establishment a program to identify and investigate certain birth defects in children and maintain a central case registry in the Department of Health. The department indicates that no fiscal impact is anticipated; as such a program currently exists.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
