No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Current statutory requirements regarding the treatment of patriotism, the free enterprise system, history and democracy have contributed to a textbook review and adoption process that could satisfy the requirements of the bill with no significant increase in costs.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
