No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill amends the Election Code to specify that if suitable public space is unavailable, a polling place may be located on a federal military base or facility. Based on the analysis of the Texas Military Facilities Commission, the provisions of the bill would not have a fiscal impact.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
