HB1180 by Chisum (Relating to participation by a defendant in a state boot camp program.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure by extending the maximum term of confinement in the State Boot Camp Program from 90 days to 180 days.  The Texas Department of Criminal Justice does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact from this proposal. 


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
