IN RE:	HB1193 by West, George "Buddy" (Relating to the annual gas utility report made by the Railroad Commission of Texas to the governor.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would eliminate the requirement that the Railroad Commission file an annual report on gas utility receipts and expenditures to the Governor and that the report be provided to the Legislature. Any reduction in administrative duties by either agency is not expected to be significant.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
