No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code to provide risk management services to employees of community supervision and corrections departments as if they were employees of a state agency. The bill would not significantly affect the fiscal operations of state government.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
