No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code to include employees of community supervision and corrections departments as employees of the Department of Criminal Justice for purposes of performing risk management. The bill would not significantly affect the operations of state government.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
