No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Department of Insurance would receive complaints from agents alleging violations of prohibited compensation-related practices and develop new rules.  According to the agency, any costs could be absorbed within current resources.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
