HB1246 by Riddle (Relating to the prosecution of the offenses of sexual assault and aggravated sexual assault.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by changing the definitions of the offenses of sexual assault and aggravated sexual assault.  It is assumed that the number of persons prosecuted under the amended versions of the Penal Code are not likely to be significant.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
