No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would allow a person who holds a registration for the application of Class B sludge for a beneficial use approved by the Commission on Environmental Quality and who, on or before September 1, 2002, has submitted an adminstratively complete application for a permit under this section, to apply Class B sludge in accordance with the registration until the Commission has issued a final decision to issue or deny the permit for which the person has applied.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
