HB1287 by Chisum (Relating to the location and operation of concrete crushing facilities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would delete the requirement that the Commission on Environmental Quality can prohibit the location of a concrete crushing facility. The commission would still be authorized to prohibit the operation of such facilities when they are within 440 yards of a building used as a single or multifamily residence, school, or place of worship.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
