HB1322 by Naishtat (Relating to the Texas Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend various provisions of Sections 81.001, 81.006, 81.007, 81.014, 81.016, 81.017, and 81.019, Human Resources Code. The bill would direct the Texas Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to establish rules for the use of revenues from the sale of specialized license plates. The bill would establish a Certified Court Interpreter Advisory Committee.

The agency assumes it would be able to absorb costs of these provisions within current costs of operation.
