The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 18, and the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 38, relating to the admissibility of evidence of an alleged victim's past sexual behavior or alleged sexual predisposition. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.
