No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow certain minors to consent to emergency shelter and care. The Department of Human Services indicates that the proposal will increase the demand for services but that the impact would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
