The bill would change references from the Development Fund Manager at the Texas Water Development Board to the Executive Adminstrator. It also deletes requirements that regional planning groups provide information on water pipelines and other facilities to the Water Development Board. It would also eliminate several reporting requirements, none of which is expected to have significant fiscal implications to the agency.
