No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill specifies that if a purchaser of seed submits a claim to arbitration based on seed defects, the purchaser must submit the claim no later than 10 days after the date the defects were discovered.  

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
