No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by requiring the Texas Lottery Commission to implement Amber Alert notifications concerning abducted children to the public through its retailers.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
