No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would expand the current two percent tuition set-aside for loan repayments to include non-resident tuition. This would result in an additional $196,815 of tuition set-aside for loan repayments at the eight health-related institutions, which collect tuition, and a re-distribution of General Revenue formula funding.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
