No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill authorizes political subdivisions to relocate deer without oversight by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, which could create habitat and law enforcement issues.  However, no fiscal impact to the department is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
