No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Government Code, Chapter 22 to require the Supreme Court to disclose individual member votes in petitions for  review or applications for writ of error. According to the Supreme Court, the bill would have no fiscal implication.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
