No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would prohibit school district employees from having deductions made to their salaries if any of the money that is deducted constitutes a political contribution to the association or the association will use any portion of the deduction to make a political expenditure.Deductions are also prohibited if the association will transfer any portion of the deduction to a political committee.
