No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code by requiring an operator of a vehicle facing a traffic-control signal that does not display an indication in any of the signal heads, to stop as if the intersection had a stop sign.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
