IN RE:	HB1527 by Harper-Brown (Relating to the operation and movement of a vehicle when a traffic-control signal does not display an indication.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code by requiring an operator of a vehicle facing a traffic-control signal that does not display an indication in any of the signal heads, to stop as if the intersection had a stop sign.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
