No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis by the Public Utility Commission and Office of Public Utility Counsel, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.  The bill would redefine the word "corporation" as related to the powers and duties of gas and electric corporations.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
