No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

These fees are auxiliary in nature and do not impact state appropriations.  The University of Texas at Austin could experience minimal administrative costs to implement the new fee and administer the scholarship.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
