No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Funeral Service Commission is subject to the Sunset Act and will be abolished on September 1, 2003 unless continued by the Legislature. The bill would continue the agency for 12 years.

Based on the analysis of the agency, responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
