No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Elections Code relating to federal elections to comply with the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Counties would incur minimal costs to their elections and voting offices to implement the provisions of the bill.
