No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would prohibit glass containers within state-owned riverbeds. Costs to enforce this provision are expected to be absorbed within existing agency resources.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Local governmental entities would realize minimal revenue from the new misdemeanor fines.
