HB1625 by Deshotel (Relating to temporary wine and beer retailer's permits.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to requirements of persons who hold a temporary wine and beer retailer's permit. The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

It is anticipated that the only costs incurred by the state or units of local government would be for enforcement. Those costs would be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
