No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. TDHCA estimates the provisions of the bill would require a cost of $3,780 per year in appropriated receipts.
