No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Section 21.002 of the Labor Code by adding Subdivision (11-a) relating to notice of a right to file a civil action under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act and means a notice issued by the Texas Commission on Human Rights or the United State Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  The Act takes September 1, 2003.
