No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize parties to an adoption to enter into a written agreement for limited post-adoption contact with the child by a biological parent whose parental rights have been terminated. The Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (PRS) indicates no significant fiscal impact.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
