IN RE:	HB1706 by Taylor (relating to the recovery of certain costs and payments relating to losses covered by personal automobile insurance. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Department of Insurance would be required to revise policy forms and endorsements to conform to the provisions of the bill. This will require a notice, possible hearing and bulletin.

The agency indicates any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
