No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Under the bill a governmental body would not be required to conduct a open meeting to engage in a self-evaluation of the governmental body's performance as a whole or to deliberate on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of one or more public officers or of a public employee.
