No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would allow the Public Interest Counsel of the Commission on Environmental Quality to contest the validity of rates or a package of rules adopted by the Commission on the basis that the rates or rules were set or adopted without the proper legal procedure or exceed the Commission’s authority.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
