No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.


The bill would allow the Public Interest Counsel of the Commission on Environmental Quality to appeal a substantial amendment by the Commission to a proposal for decision from the State Office of Administrative Hearings if the appeal is necessary to serve the broad public interest.
