No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code by further specifying participation in unit classification committees and participation of inmates in unit work programs.  The Texas Department of Criminal Justice does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact from this proposal.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
