No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill excludes a social security number, Texas driver license number, or identification card number from disclosure as a public record when those identification numbers are provided for the purposes of voter registration. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
