IN RE:	HB1869 by Baxter (Relating to the admission of certain video testimony into evidence in a proceeding regarding the abuse or neglect of a child.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Relative to proceedings brought by the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (PRS) concerning a child who is alleged to have been abused or neglected, the bill would authorize a court to order the testimony of a professional be taken outside of the courtroom and recorded on videotape provided that certain safeguards are met. PRS indicates no significant fiscal impact.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
