No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Transportation, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Department of Public Safety, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
