HB1891 by Zedler (Relating to the labeling of certain drugs.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would repeal several sections of the Health and Safety Code relating to labeling requirements for prescription drugs.  The bill would revise provisions of the Texas Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to conform to the labeling requirements for prescription drugs as required by the federal government under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.  

 

This bill would take effect September 1, 2003.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
