HB1909 by Talton (Relating to the prosecution of the offense of interference with child custody.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by adding to the conditions for the offense of interference with child custody.  The bill would also provide a defense to prosecution for the offense of interference with child custody.  It is assumed that the bill would not have a significant impact on the State. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
