No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on the analysis by the Office of Public Utility Counsel and Public Utility Commission, the provisions of the bill would have no fiscal impact to the state.  The bill would provide that the Office of Public Utility Counsel is entitled to access to the records gathered by the Public Utility Commission.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
