No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Because the bill allows for use of existing supplies (of letterhead, and other consummable supplies), the major cost of the name change would be for signs on and around campus, which would be borne entirely by the institution.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
